Vendor Fair Registration

Participation in the Vendor Fair will provide you with the opportunity to interact with a host of compatible (potential) customers, while putting a face to the name of your business! We look forward to working with you to make this year’s event a great experience for both conference attendees, sponsors, and vendors. Registration for the Vendor Fair is $375.00. The registration fee includes one 8 x 6 booth and one meal ticket. Additional meal tickets may be purchased for an additional $50 fee. The registration fee does not cover conference attendance. Vendor interested in attending conference sessions must register for the conference at NCHO.org. 

  • The Vendor Fair and Luncheon will take place on Tuesday, October 15. 
  • Lunch will be from 12 pm-1:30 pm and the fair will continue until 4pm. 
  • Setup for the Vendor Fair will begin at 8 am. 
  • All booths must be deconstructed by 5 pm.

Pre-Event Advertising / Website 

  • Sponsor and Vendor logos will be included on the Conference website, Sponsor/Vendor section (with web link)

Payment

Vendors may pay online. 

Sponsorships will be invoiced within 14 business days.
