Register for the 2025 NCHO Annual Conference!

Registration Costs

Regular Registration (June 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025)

Single Booth rate is $400

Includes the following: 1 table, 1 chair, 1 representative registration, 1 name badge, and Corporate Partner meals.

Late Registration (October 1, 2025 – October 17, 2025)

Single Booth rate is $500

Includes the following: 1 table, 1 chair, 1 representative registration, 1 name badge, and Corporate Partner meals.

If you would like additional representatives to attend, please purchase one additional registration per Corporate Partner attendee. Cost per additional attendee is $100 (includes name badge, chair, and Corporate Partner meals).

Cancellation Policy:

Registration cancellations on or prior to September 30th will receive a 100% refund.
Registration cancellations between October 1 and October 10th will receive a 50% refund.
Refunds will not be given for any registration cancellations after October 10th.
Cancellation requests must be received via email to conference-chair@ncho.org.
Registrations can be transferred prior to October 10th by emailing conference-chair@ncho.org.
- Beginning October 10th, no registrations may be transferred.
