We are looking for institutions open to host NCHO 2025, 2026, and 2027.

Process for Submitting Interest

Prepare your submission materials.

  • Name of host institution(s)
  • Please indicate why your institution(s) is/are interested in serving as a host for a NCHO conference.
  • SHO Contact Information

    • SHO Email
  • Conference City
  • Conference Dates. List your proposed dates for the conference to be held. Please also include back up dates. Please note NCHO is traditionally held in October.
